    Estimated delivery times after production:

    • USA: 3–7 business days

    • Canada: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–20 business days

    Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high‑volume seasons.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Because each item is custom‑printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Wrong size

    • Color preference

    • Buyer’s remorse

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Email us within 7 days of delivery at rootedthreadsbyunc@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • A brief description

    We’ll take care of it.

  • What if my package is lost or marked delivered but missing?

    If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

    • Check with neighbors

    • Check around your property

    • Contact the carrier

    If the package is lost in transit, we’ll help you file a claim.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! International shipping is available. Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production (often within hours). Email us immediately if you need help.

  • What sizes do you offer?

    Most apparel is available in S–3XL, with some items extending to 4XL or 5XL depending on the product.

    • Gentle cycle

    • Hang dry or tumble low

    • Do not iron directly on the design
