Rooted Threads by Unc partners with Printful to produce and ship all orders. Below is our full shipping policy, including processing times, delivery estimates, and important details about tracking and fulfillment.
1. Order Processing Time
Each item is made‑to‑order. Typical production time: 2–7 business days.
Production may take longer during:
Holidays
High‑volume seasons
Supply chain delays
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after production:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Carrier rates
Some items may ship separately depending on Printful’s fulfillment locations.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number (when available)
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Missing apartment number
Undeliverable location
You may be responsible for reshipment costs.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Delays caused by carriers
Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
