REFUND POLICY

At Rooted Threads by Unc, every item is made‑to‑order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please read the details below before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because each product is printed specifically for you:
We do not accept returns for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse
We do not offer refunds for orders placed by mistake
We do not accept exchanges for sizing issues
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:

Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
We are not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If your package is lost in transit, contact us — we’ll help you file a claim or request a carrier investigation.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production, which often begins within hours of purchase.
If you need to request a cancellation, email us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued if:
A replacement cannot be provided
The item is out of stock
The issue cannot be resolved through reprinting
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products.
